My experience with Leadership Buckhead was invaluable because it forced me to step away from my work and day to day personal life and take some time to reflect on what is really important to me. I have tried to do this several times through other programs but was not successful because I kept getting pulled back into work or other things and did not take the time needed to do this. Leadership Buckhead helped because they offered a structured program that made me take the time. Also, the relationships I built during this process always had me looking forward to our next meeting so I could see all my classmates again. I would highly recommend this to anyone at any point in their life or career. I felt like this program helped me in all areas.
